| This equipment has the following functions: battery inner-resistance testing, tightness high-voltage testing, instantaneous high-current discharge, open &closed loop voltage testing and production batch No. brand, all of which can be set or deleted through panel. Can according to testing requirements preset qualified inner resistance, qualified open &closed loop voltage, qualified end-voltage of high-current discharge and qualified high voltage for tightness testing, all the parameters are protected against power-off. Each part can timely display the tested data digitally and can realize man-machine conversation. Can automatically push out the unqualified items and give an alarm during the process of testing, and automatically convey qualified ones to next stage until batch No. marking is completed. The whole testing process is automatically controlled by PLC. It can store many different kinds of battery parameters. Meantime, it has summing-up functions for qualified products, unqualified-inner-resistance products, unqualified-tightness products etc., all the statistics can be checked and print out. |
